Best Western Yellowstone Crossing

The desk lady was very friendly and inviting. She was very helpful in the breakfast area to get us more forks and refill the hot food trays with fresh hot food. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome with great shower pressure. We appreciated the adjoining rooms so we could all still be together. We had ample room in the parking lot to park our truck and trailer.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay with them, the BEST! They made you feel important, compfortable, safe, and at home, as if you were family. Always clean and accomodating to their guests. The breakfast was always good and had a personal touch. It was a nice change from some places that I have stayed on my travels. Waffles were really good, we loved the waffles. The eggs chewey and the potatoes blank and rubbery and the sausage just flabby, but everything else really good!!

Great breakfast choices and presentation. The food was delicious. The room had plenty of lamps and plug-ins for recharging electronics. The refrigerator and microwave were in good working condition.

Beautiful facility decorated with great photos around Montana. Room was clean & quiet. Beds & pillows were comfortable. There was a work space with office chair & another easy chair to relax in.
