Best Western Yellowstone Crossing

The king room was large, clean, and comfortable. Great bed and pillows for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast offered many hot and cold choices. It was an older motel but very well kept up. But our favorite feature was the warm and friendly staff. We had an accident the day before our reservation, after the time had passed for a refundable cancellation. I spoke to Barb, the manager, and she cheerfully changed the date for our stay. She also told us if we had any further trouble and had to cancel, we would not be charged. What a relief that she was so accommodating in that situation! Will definitely stay there again.

The desk lady was very friendly and inviting. She was very helpful in the breakfast area to get us more forks and refill the hot food trays with fresh hot food. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome with great shower pressure. We appreciated the adjoining rooms so we could all still be together. We had ample room in the parking lot to park our truck and trailer.

The breakfast was excellent for a motel. The staff all were sweet, helpful and informative. I asked for a room on ground level and extra effort by staff helped me secure that. Was very much appreciated. Close to food, both grocery and restaurants.

The staff has been great very friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs during our stay . From our first time staying at the hotel. And so far we have been satisfied with everything every time we have stayed there . Only thing is the pool has been down all summer and it would be nice to enjoy the pool since the weather has been in the 80 s and the 90 for the last few weeks….
